This doesn’t mean you will then have to tweet specific messages to each account, although its probably the best way. But, when you don’t have a whole lot to tweet about or have a specific message you want to send out to everyone who follows you over multiple accounts, a software can also do this for you.
Overall there are many Twitter applications out there that can be used to automate the different tasks to be done on Twitter. Sadly though, not all applications you will find are capable of completing such tasks in an all in one fashion, you may need to find a few different applications to get your Twitter efforts setup for auto-pilot profits and traffic.
